Terms and conditions

Please ensure you read the following carefully:
 
Pre-booking is essential for all events and should be made at least two weeks before the event  Our weekends are usually sold out so early booking is advised. Booking fees cover venue hire, catering, staffing, speaker expenses, B&B accommodation if you have booked a residential place and overheads, such as insurance. Since full payment must be made to Peterhouse two weeks in advance of the event, we can only guarantee a full refund if we are notified of cancellation two weeks in advance of the event.

We offer our weekends in good faith, though all events may need to be changed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as fire, flooding or earthquake. If we need to cancel an event before the due date, guests will be offered a full refund. However any expenses (including travel) incurred due to the cancellation of an event will not be refunded. It would be wise to ensure you are covered by your own travel insurance.

Minor adjustments may also need to be made, for example employing alternative tutors in the case of the sudden illness or death of a tutor; we have carefully chosen reserve tutors if this should happen, and we would not be liable for refunding.
